Answer: We provide tourist standard accommodation in Kathmandu and tented camping accommodation along the routes. Bring your own sleeping bags or rent them in Kathmandu.

Question: What kind of food can I expect on this trek?
Answer: Our professional cook prepares a delicious range of mostly vegetarian meals such as pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, curry rice, bread, soups, and fresh vegetables. Dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day, and lunch is provided on the way to the next place where you hike.

Question: What opportunities will I have for a shower along the Jugal Himal camping trek?
Answer: We provide a hot water bucket for a shower during camping and trekking.

Question: How do I get drinking water on the express Jugal Himal trekking?
Answer: We provide Aqua tablets to purify normal water available at the campsite along the hikes.

Answer: There is very little chance to charge the battery during tented camping trekking. Bring an extra pair and remember to bring your own adapters!

Answer: Yes, sometimes you can get telephone services as well as the internet, so buy a local SIM card.

Answer: We provide porters, with each carrying a maximum of 25 kilos of your backpack (2 guests: 1 porter).

Answer: Distances vary due to gradient, terrain, and altitude. On average, be prepared to walk for roughly about 5 hours each day.

Answer: Walking poles are recommended for balance and stability, but not compulsory.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m) Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will extend a warm welcome, adorning you with a marigold garland. A brief rest at your designated hotel follows, providing solace after your long journey.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Chautara (1,418m) | 5/6hrs, and Trek to Syaule (1,600m) | 2/3hrs Embark on a picturesque drive from Kathmandu to Chautara, traversing Barabise. The journey unfolds captivating landscapes and offers glimpses into the Nepali lifestyle. Arriving in Chautara, a charming Tamang village, meet fellow trekkers and commence your trek to Syaule, passing through villages like Gaurati and Ghunsa. Overnight stay in Chautara.

Day 3: Trek from Syaule to Kami Kharka Danda (2,985m) | 5/6hrs Setting off early, your path leads to Kami Kharka Danda from Syaule. Navigate through beautiful villages like Sano Okhreni and Ratnaule, offering stunning landscapes. After a scenic journey through serene locales, arrive at Kami Kharka Danda for an overnight stay in the camp.

Day 5: Trek from Chyochyo Danda to Hile Bhanjyang (3,720m) | 6/7hrs Journey through serene oak forests on your way to Hile Bhanjyang. Ascend and descend through the forest, reaching a large Chorten and eventually Hile Bhanjyang. Set up camp amid this pristine mountainous terrain for a restful night.

Day 6: Acclimatize, Rest, and Explore around Hile Bhanjyang (3,720m) Dedicate this day to acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust to the high altitude. Revel in the splendid views of snow-clad peaks surrounding Hile Bhanjyang at 3,720m. Rest and rejuvenate in preparation for the days ahead. Overnight stay in the camp.

Day 7: Trek from Hille Bhanjyang to Nosyampati (3,631m) | 6/7hrs Embark on a trek involving ascents and descents through mixed forests. Pass through Chang Samarphu and climb to a hillock, reveling in the pleasant views. Overnight camping at Nosyampati, where the surrounding landscape captivates with its natural beauty.

Day 8: Trek from Nosyampati to Panch Pokhari (4,010m) | 7-8hrs Navigate a steep trail from Nosyampati to Lauribina Bhanjyang, followed by an hour’s walk to Panch Pokhari. Embrace the breathtaking views of Gauri Shankar, Jugal Himal, and Dorje Lakpa. The serene lakes and lush landscapes create a picturesque setting.

Day 9: Trek from Panchpokhari to Mahathang (3,805m) | 6-7hrs Experience the undulating terrain on the trail from Panch Pokhari to Mahathang, featuring captivating scenic beauty. Reach Mahathang at 3,805m, housing an old Tibetan Refugee Camp and Chhandy Gomba. Overnight stay at the tented camp.

Day 10: Trek from Mahathang to Temathang (2,180m) | 5-6hrs Descend along Nyasam Khola’s banks to Temathang, a small Sherpa village rich in culture. Explore the village, savor local Sherpa cuisine, and acclimatize to the climate. Rest and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Temathang.

Day 11: Trek from Temathang to Ambakharka (2,350m) | 5-6hrs Ascend through rhododendron, fir, and pine forests to reach Ambakharka from Temathang. Pass through Nimadui village and cross Nyasam Khola, arriving in Ambakharka after an hour’s walk. Overnight camping in Ambakharka.

Day 12: Trek from Ambakharka to Bakhang Gompa (2,400m) Traverse through Goludanda and Chakang villages towards Bakhang Gompa. Encounter beautiful Tibetan monasteries with Tibetan lamas, gaining insights into the high regions’ lifestyles. Visit cultural Sherpa villages along the way.
