Leaving Lungden, the journey unfolds into the Gokyo Lakes region, encountering Renjo La Pass (5,435m) with astounding views of Gokyo Lake system and Himalayan peaks. A day of acclimatization in Gokyo precedes an ascent to Gokyo Ri (5,483m) with breathtaking panoramas.

Continuing from Gokyo to Thagnak (4,700m), you traverse the Ngozumpa Glacier, witnessing yak pastures along the trail. Dzongla (4,855m) awaits on the next day, with Cho La Pass (5,420m) in between—marking the second major pass. The trek then enters the Everest region, with stops at Lobuche (4,910m) and Gorak Shep (5,185m) before reaching Everest Base Camp.

Day eleven takes you to Kala Patthar (5,555m) for a mesmerizing sunrise over Mt. Everest, followed by a descent to Lobuche. Subsequently, the trek continues to Chhukung (4,730m) through Kongma La Pass (5,535m), the final of the three major passes.
